Best Cars to Insure
I will be getting a conditional license. Will I be able to buy a car and insure it without a problem?
The conditional license is for not having insurance on my old car (they have desided to send me a letter two years after the fact) I was just gearing up to buy a car (finally) but wonder if I will have any problems now.

- I dont really know about conditional license.. But I bought a car on learner's license..
- You will need a financial responsibilty filing and you will be considered a high risk driver. You will be paying more for about 3-5 years. Get quotes before you get the car
