What is the least expensive color of car to insure?
I know red is the most expensive. I've heard that white is the least from one person and green is the least from another.

- This is an urban legend and not true. Insurance companies do not use the vehicles color in any way, unless you have a vehicle that has metallic paint as metallic paint is more expensive to repair.
- they are all the same..
- beige
- i had two cars that were exactly the same year, make and model just different colors. and the purple one was not any more expensive to insure than the white.
- I own a red acura 06 tsx that cost less to insure than my 05 gray honda civic ex-se. They are other factors that make your insurance more expensive- where you live, your credit rating, the kind of car, your age, etc/
- Color has absolutely no bearing on insurance cost. They won't even ask what color your vehicle is.
- Men pay higher insurance than women because they have lead feet!!!
- Not true. Color isn't a rating factor on any car insurance policy I've ever seen.
