  1. Anything thats a standard 4 door car....SUV's and 2 doors are more expensive to insure....also something wth a small engine like a 4 cylinder would be good....anything bigger with A v6 OR v8 will cost more....try looking at a toyota corolla or a Honda civic frfom the mid 90's. They are both very reliable and get great gas mileage even at that age and the insurance will be really cheap.....Good Luck
  2. stick to a GM vehicle... find yourself a used buick century... great on gas, low insurance...and it's a Consumers Report recommended buy for reliability
  3. Here is a list that I found provided by the insurance Bureau of Canada, that lists all cars and their risk factors. http://www.ibc.ca/en/Car_Insurance/documents/brochure/How_Cars_Msr_Up-1993-2005.pdf In each category, 100 is the average rating, so if your car is rated 150, it is 50% above average, or 50 is 50 % below average. Lower numbers are more favorable. A car with a bunch of lower risk factors should be cheapest to insure.
  4. I heard the ford taurus make any year you want to look for a car that had a 5 star rating....
