What is the cheapest car insurance for a 21 yr. old in KY?
I will not be on my parent's policy, so I need some info. I have been in a wreck, but it was the other driver's fault. Also, does anyone know what the cheapest car to insure for me would be? I'm in the market.

- If you can get USAA insurance do it! You can be a USAA member if your parents have it or they have been in the military. Its a bank for military men and women and their families. I have it and it has been great.

- Depends on your credit, too, Ashley. Your best bet is a 6 year old Honda Civic or the like, that's paid for, so all you need is liability coverage. Then ask your parents' agent if he can do a "spin off" policy for you, which will most likely be cheaper than going ALL on your own at Progressive.
