Best Cars to Insure
Whats a good Quailty used car that is cheap to insure?
I am looking for a good quailty Car (between 5-15k) that is Cheap to insure for an 18 year old Driver. I am looking for something that is also pretty new (1997-2001) Any ideas or suggestions?

- Toyota Corolla - very cheap but good performance.
- Toyota makes good fair priced reliable cars. Corolla's and Camry's are great for college kids. Honda can cost a little more to insure due to the high level of theft. Volvo also makes reliable cars that are good for insurance due to their safety.
