  1. buy Which car magazine or get it from your library everything you need to know will be there
  2. the cheapest cars r ones over 5 years old & r uk made. that's either ford or vauxhall. there's no such thing as a cheap car 2 maintain, they're only as good as their previous owners maintaince!
  3. A toy car. No insure at all, fantastic MPG, no maintenance costs whatsoever. Any car under 1.0 litre engine, Chevy Matiz, Diahatsu Charade, Perodua Kelisa.
  4. look for a small non sport car some thing that has a small engine that is not to new the newer the more expensive the insurence. look at dealerships and tell them what ur looking for they can help also u might wanna take the car on a testdrive to a auto shop and have them look over it to make sure ur not getting a lemon dont trust the dealership to do this they might try to mess around and lie about the condition of the car good luck
  5. depends if you are buying new or second hand, i bought a second hand Nissan micra P reg and it was one of the cheapest to insure but make sure you phone around loads of insurance companies don't accept the first one, other cars are chiaquento (not sure of spelling) and most small cars with 1 ltr engines
  6. that's an impossible question as it's not just the car that makes up insurance, but you, your surroundings, your lifestyle, your driving history. get a low group car that you like, as you cant do anything about your situation
  7. Try this site: http://www.parkers.co.uk/insurance/Groups/ Group 1 is the lowest, then it goes up and up and up . . . Usually the low group cars are the cheapest to maintain, too, as long as it's not too exotic!
  8. good
  9. I'd have to say the horse
