What are the cheapest cars (or at least moderately inexpensive cars) to insure in NEW JERSEY??

- I can't give you specifics but compact, four cylinder cars are generally the cheapest to insure in most any state. And if you have a 'hybrid' it will be less, either through the rating structure itself or in the form of a discount. New cars will have the highest premiums for collision and comprehensive coverages with declining rates for older model years of the same make and model. The age and driving record of the insured are used to calculate the liability coverage rates and have nothing to do with the make and model of the car.
- Well, there are lots of companies online that you could get a free car insurance quote rate. You just fill-up the form and then compare it among the others. There are certain factors in getting your cheap car insurance. Depends on the car, state, age, driving record, etc. Don't go with sports cars and new model cars. They have expensive auto insurance. Stay with coupe or any used sedan cars. You might want to check this out: http://www.autoinsuranceselect.com/state/new-jersey-auto-insurance.html Good luck on your search... Drive safe... :)
- Hi, Good post. I had some problems with my car after I had an accident. My Insurer wanted to raise my rates $525 a year! I've never even gotten a speeding ticket! I looked for a new provider and found this website: http://www.mortgage-rent-assistance-money.org They compare all of the major insurance providers and give you the best deal. I ended up saving over $300 from what I was previously paying (that's $825 a year!). Good Luck
