Should the Government put into Law the enforcement of car insurance to the Philippines?
The Philippine Government must enforce the use of Car Insurance in the country. Why? Here are some: 1. Puts the motoring public in to a much safer roads 2. Reduce accidents and deaths 3. Prevents car theft, other car related crimes 4. Prevents the re-sale of car or its parts as it is insured. What do you think?

- 1. Puts the motoring public in to a much safer roads******** How?....How would requiring auto insurance make roads safer.... a high percentage of vehicles on Philippine roads are not even registered much less insured.... I have full insurance on two of my vehicles and it only covers around $200..... that wont pay for a tail light..... there are people out there driving with NO LIGHTS AT NIGHT..... and you think insurance will make roads safer????? 2. Reduce accidents and deaths****** Again how..... I think it is likely to increase accidents and deaths not lower them.... "AHHH I AM INSURED NOW I CAN GO FASTER....BTW We can not get helmet laws enforced....and you can see riders without helmets.....how are you going to detect and enforce insurance laws 3. Prevents car theft, other car related crimes**** Again HOW.... thieves do not care if you are insured or not....Why would they stop stealing cars or other vehicles just because you are insured 4. Prevents the re-sale of car or its parts as it is insured.****** Again HOW OR WHY..... Making a law requiring every driver is insured would just be another law that is not enforced..... It would change little
