2. The Ford Ka is a good thought. Basically it depends on the cars age, its cost for repairs, engine size and NCAP rating. The cars age matters as older cars get less cost effective to repair and parts get scarcer Cost of repairs - rarer cars, those with expensive import costs etc all cost more to repair Engine size is jinda obvious, the less powerful you car is the cheaper it is to insure NCAP ratings check how safe the car is Good luck, for me I would look at Ford Ka and Fiesta, GM/Vauxahll Corsa, Renault Clio, Peugeot 205/6 or Citroen Saxo
3. Opel Cosa 1.0L. My Daughter got her first time insurance in Ireland on one of these cars for €600 TPFT with Quinn direct. Also the tax is very cheap as well.
