  1. Ever thought about asking you insurance company ?
  2. if you are insured to drive your moms car then yes your nan could take you out but she is not to drive you are .
  3. State Form Insurance co. Does insurance for young drivers.Thats who I got.
  4. yes your nan can be the supervising driver however she must not and cannot drive the car in the event of you being unable to drive whilst out with her either due to illness or a situation that you cannot deal with yourself for this reason it would be advisable to insure your nan on the vehicle then she can take over if the worst comes to the worst for all things related to learning to drive checkout www.smartdriving.co.uk it is packed full of useful tips for learners and experienced drivers alike hope this helps you out
  5. HELLO 1 Before you drive or ride To drive or ride a vehicle or motorcycle you must: hold the appropriate driving licence for the vehicle being driven meet driver minimum age requirements meet the legal eyesight standards As a learner driver you must: be supervised by a qualified driver (not if riding a motorcycle) display L plates 2 If you want to practise your driving with an accompanying driver, the accompanying driver must be over the age of 21 and must have held (and still hold) a full licence, in the relevant vehicle category, for three years. YES AS LONG AS SHE HAS HELD AND STILL HOLDS A FULL LICENCE FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS THERE IS NO NEED FOR INSURANCE FOR HER AS YOU ARE DRIVING, THIS DOES MEAN THAT SHE CANNOT DRIVE THE CAR!
