I just need to drive it a couple of blocks away. it is spraying fluid out from the line right in the middle of the car.

- This can be dangerous.
- It doesn't sound like it. You'll probably lose all of your fluid before you get there and then all you'll have for brakes is your emergency brakes.
- An accident looking for a place to happen> Get it fix for a few dollars> Or the loss of life or your car>
- don't do it
- If it is spraying brake fluid then absolutely not, however, if it is only leaking brake fluid then you should be fine to drive it a few blocks to a mechanic. If it is already spraying fluid the minute you hit the brake pedal it is going to add more pressure and the line could rupture completely, leaving you with no brakes. Be safe and get it towed, it will be cheaper in the long run, and much safer for you and the driving public.
- >> Is it safe to drive a car if it is leaking brake fluid? NEVER. You can have a run away car in1 block or 1 mile. You never know. Good Luck...
- have you ever tried to stop a car with your feet sorry but why drive it at all fix the hose is not so hard better than hitting a pole or a truck
- driving is fine stopping can be a problem you decide
